The food of the gods is a mixture of bee pollen and honey often referred to as bee bread. According to ancient Greek beliefs, regular inclusion of ambrosia in your diet was thought to help maintain youth.

2 tablespoons clover bee pollen
2 tablespoons late-season honey
(boneset, goldenrod or sweet clover)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
cinnamon

Take clover bee pollen and place in the bottom of a small bowl or cup. Drizzle the late season honey on top of the bee pollen. Cover the bee pollen and honey with 1/2 cup of a high quality plain yogurt. Top off with a dash of cinnamon.
